When his old MacBook got water spilt on it, Matthew decided to give it a second life by transforming it into a Multimedia device getting inspiration from the wonderful MacMini Pro (he also could have got inspiration from the desktop PowerBook) that I showed you last March. Even though only the motherboard survived the water experience, this geek got himself the case for the external hard drive Macally G-S350SUA which, after a few modifications was ready to welcome the MacBook motherboard and all of its components (SATA hard disk, RAM, fan, etc…). The result is simply SU-BLI-ME!
This photo showing the iPod Nano 4G is either authentic or the work of someone very talented as I rarely saw such convincing image as this. Of course the blur on the image could leave us with doubts. One thing is certain, this photo will be touring the net in less time one takes to blog about it. (3 more days and we will know for sure…)
After the last MacBook Pro picture I posted last week which has been doing its rounds on the web here are some fresh photos which, just like the previous, are sent from an anonymous source and therefore should be taken with a grain of salt. For you to judge…
Here is a new photo meant to reveal the new Apple MacBook Pro. Let’s put our doubts aside while analysing this video. We can see there that the edges and corners are curved as with the MacBook Air, it is probable that this model is made of Aluminium but the more surprising thing is the Trackpad seems to have been replaced by a tactile screen displaying the dock. Real or not, I really like the new elements that this photo offers, especially the Trackpad. And what do you guys think?
The geeks at iFixit have, during their recent dissection of the iPod Touch 2G, discovered that a Bluetooth 2.1 chip + EDR + FM receiver is already integrated in this new model! Interestingly, this chip/feature is not listed among the technical specifications of the iPod Touch 2G and wasn’t even mentioned at last Tuesday’s event…

As I have previously shown you, the keyboard for iPhone (the D.I.Y. version) has been designed by a Japanese guy and now The Inquirer has found an online shop about to commercialize a bluetooth keyboard for iPhone that strongly resembles the homemade model but we don’t know any technical specifications at present. Sold at $92 (only in pre-order currently), this keyboard is only sent throughout the United States.

Dutch website iPhoneClub.nl has just bought a beautiful CaseMod for iPhone. The back cover was replaced by a stunning metal case, and the apple on this cover lights up when the iPhone wakes up or when it goes into sleep mode. Nice work!
