After 6 weeks of email exchanges back and forth, Chris aka Cndowning has just confirmed that his Casemod for Portable N64 called ‘Nimbus 64‘ is finally finished, check it out!

Similarly to the magnificent L64, the Nimbus 64 case is fully made from polyester molded on a wooden model which gives it strength and a quality finish.

Chris chose to integrate a Zenith PSOne screen into the Nimbus 64 while ensuring that he kept the contrast and volume buttons.

The control buttons are taken from a mix of GameCube, Playstation and SuperPad controllers.

Note that the battery, two speakers, headphone jack and memory card/RumblePack slots have also been integrated.

In short, the final result is simply sublime!
