Important: Updating is SO easy and the new version has so many improvements

- Added PDF generation file containing all statistics
- Added stat “Average Visits per day”
- Added support for HTTPS secure web servers
- Customize the first day calendar, the default language…
- Added 150 new search engines
- Many many many improvements!

International support greatly improved:
- Added Catalan / Greek / Danish language
- Added support for several charset in graphs (changed to font to
DejaVuSans.ttf)
- With downloable fonts, all languages are now correctly displayed in graphs
(including chinese, japanese and hebrew)
- Updated french, english, czech, german, persian, finish, magyar, dutch,
russian, spanish, romanian, taiwanese, japanese, croatian…
